Tickets

• All tickets are non-refundable.
• Attendees must surrender their ticket upon entrance to the event.

Dress Code

• Cosplay - This is not a cosplay event. All cosplay ensembles are inappropriate. Examples include but are not limited to:
  • Purposely replicating anime characters and their respective outfits.
  • Purposely replicating Angelic Pretty themed coordinates (such as those in their advertising and print campaigns) in a cosplay-like style or manner.
  • Chii ears, Naruto headbands or wings, etc.
  • Cosplay related props and/or weapons.

  
  Anyone wearing a cosplay outfit will be asked to change or leave the event. If you are unsure what constitutes as cosplay, please email questions to info@cosplayoneesan.org.

• Lolita attire is not required, but is highly encouraged.

Tea Party

• Dollfies - Due to the limited space and liability involved, all dolls will not be allowed at the tea party.
• Seating will be assigned to each guest on an individual basis. Seat swapping is not allowed.
• All press will be seated in a specially designated location.

Cameras

• Cameras are not permitted inside the event for anyone other than staff and VIP Passholders.
• Cameras are allowed outside and in the hallways.
• No video recording is allowed for anyone, including VIP Pass holders
• All image record during the event are intended for personal use only, and may not be used for any commercial purposes.
• All bags will be checked and screened. Please leave your cameras in your hotel or car.

Autographs

• Asking for autographs outside of any designated autographing session is strictly prohibited.

Phones

• Cell phones, PDA's and other communication devices should be set to ‘silent.’ If you must communicate using your device, please excuse yourself from the party.

Food and Drink

• Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited from the events.
