All policies stated here for the Main Event, and are subject to change without notice.

Tickets

• All tickets are non-refundable. With the exception of GA to VIP upgrades.
• Attendees must surrender their ticket upon entrance to the event.

Dress Code

• Cosplay - This is not a cosplay event. All cosplay ensembles are inappropriate. Examples include but are not limited to:
  • Purposely replicating anime characters and their respective outfits.
  • Purposely replicating brand themed coordinates (such as those in their advertising and print campaigns) in a cosplay-like style or manner.
  • Mana cosplay.
  • Chii ears, Naruto headbands or cosplay wings, etc.
  • Cosplay related props and/or weapons.

• Anyone wearing a cosplay outfit will be asked to change or leave the event. If you are unsure what constitutes as cosplay, please email questions to info@cosplayoneesan.org.
• Gothic and Lolita attire are not required, but is highly encouraged. Black or white tie formal wear are acceptable, as well as formal military, fire, or law enforcement wear are also acceptable with supporting credential.

Tea Party

• Dollfies - Due to the limited space and liability involved, all dolls will not be allowed at the main event.
• Seating will be assigned to each guest on an individual basis. Seat swapping is not allowed.
• All press will be seated in a specially designated location.

Cameras

• Cameras are not permitted at the Magical Boutique for anyone other than staff and press pass holder.
• Cameras are allowed during the main event, but video recording is not permitted. This includes still cameras with video capture functions.
• Cameras are allowed outside and in the hallways.
• No video recording is allowed for anyone, including VIP Pass holders
• All image record during the event are intended for personal use only, and may not be used for any commercial purposes.

Autographs

• Asking for autographs outside of any designated autographing session is strictly prohibited.

Phones

• Cell phones, PDA's and other communication devices should be set to ‘silent.’ If you must communicate using your device, please excuse yourself from the party.

Solicitations

• Solicitations are strictly prohibited at this event. This includes any fliers, coupons, calling cards, etc. If you wish to become a sponsor, please contact us by email at info@cosplayoneesan.org

Food and Drink

• Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited from the events.

Misc

• Oneesan Inc. reserve the rights to refuse or revoke service to anyone.
