Will I be able to put the cost of my GA ticket to my VIP ticket or get a refund of my GA ticket once I win the VIP ticket auction? A. Absolutely! In this scenario, we can simply issue a refund for your GA ticket. Problem solved! This is the only scenario in which we will issue a refund. All tickets are non-refundable. Q. Why can't I bid on a specific designer for VIP ticket like I used to? In this event, we have a large amount of celebrities participating. In order to maintain exclusiveness value of VIP, we have decided to limit the total number to 16 total. 8 will be with our sweets themed celebrities, and 8 for gothic. Q. Oh snap! I can't cancel my VIP bid! Help! What do I do? A. Go to the confirmation email that Brown Paper Tickets sent you regarding your bid. The email should have been sent to you with the subject "Brown Paper Tickets - Bid Received". There should be a link to a confirmation page, after "You can view the status of your order in real-time" in the email text. Click on the "Cancel My Bid" link under "Payment Details" on the right. Then follow the instructions to cancel your bid. Q. What's in the goodie bags for GA and VIP?? I want to know I'm getting my money's worth! A. Now, wouldn't that spoil the surprise? We have been listening and paying attention to all the wishes (and grips) every time we create an event. Trust us, we'll make it worth your while. Plus don't forget, by purchasing a VIP ticket, it is the best way to support for the continual developing the EGL community. Who would have imagined how much EGL had evolved in 4 short years with your help! Q. I'm REALLY confused about the dressed codes! A. Within Fantaisies dans le Monde des Rêves, there are two main attractions. First one is the main event, and the Magical Boutique. Each has their own lists of their independent rules. Please read the respective sections of the attractions for the rules and regulations on each of these attractions. Q. What are your props and weapons policies? A. Please leave your clubs, swords, air guns, large props ,etc, in your hotel room or hotel's bell service desk regardless of "peace bond" status. They really don't go with the decor, and tends to snag on dresses that often can cost well over $1000. Other than that, please abide all Federal, California state laws, and local ordinate regulating weapons possession. Q. None of these FAQ had answer my question, what should I do? A. When in doubt, write us using the Contact form, or post in our community forum. Yes, and we make it a point to respond to all inquiries at a timely manner! |
